I made a wrong turn, and somehow I ended up in West Point Georgia. It was a Monday evening, dinner time. I rolled through the quaint downtown with my windows down, enjoying the evening when I smelled it. Pizza wasn’t even on my bingo card for this trip, but the smell of the pizzas in the oven was undeniably good. I looked in the windows and realized how busy they were, even on a Monday night. that’s it, it tickled my fancy! I sat down and ordered a Stromboli. As my taste buds watered with anticipation of the gooeyness of the cheese, I stared at the funny bumper stickers above the pizza oven. This small town is lucky to have such a great place like this. 10 out of 10 i would come out of my way to come back.

I decided to go to Johnny's New York Style Pizza on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, 2025. Still in the holiday spirit, I wanted to relax in a stress free and friendly place surrounded by upbeat conversations and good food; I wasn't disappointed. I purchased way more food than I could possibly eat. Like I was in a buffet, I sampled the equivalent of three full meals, then took most of it home with me for easy, high-quality treats to enjoy this weekend. The staff is so enthusiastic and happy at Johnny's. This good morale is passed along as a love for their customer base. If you haven't been to this place, do yourself a solid and schedule a visit soon. Whether you choose the pizza, pasta, a casserole, sandwich or salad, everything on the menu (there is much more) is genuine goodness. I enjoyed a large Greek Salad that really hit the spot as I watched college football on the big screen. There are a dozen, very good vegetarian options available here. Outside there is plenty of parking along the street and a well marked crosswalk with a wheelchair ramp to access the patio and dining areas of the restaurant. The wait for a table isn't that bad even during the peak dinner period. If you don't want to wait, arrive between 3-4pm on a weekend or visit mid-day. There are options to join multiple tables together for a larger gathering; call ahead for this or come during off-peak hours. There are many interesting options for shopping, dining and entertainment in Downtown West Point. Met a friend there today and service was great as well as the large chef salad and cinnamon bread. Erica our waitress was so nice. We split a large salad because Johnny's gives huge salads. Definitely your money's worth. Hands down a well ran business that we all love!

Invited with community for thanksgiving this time. We had choice of chicken dish or lasagna. I had lasagna! I have thought of nothing else since then because it was the very BEST I have ever had and I'm 64 yrs old but NEVER have tasted any lasagna that was even close to this that you served us. Thank you and I will go there asap to get more of it with the soft tasty garlic bread that I ate too. Wonderful meal!

Been coming here since I was a wee lad. The fact that this restaurant does so well with everything in such a small town is incredible. This location has won number one in sales and customer service multiple times out of all of the locations in the country. The owner really cares about the customers that walk into that door. The service is always amazing. The staff is always friendly. And the food is always bussin. This is mine and my fiancées date spot every time we are in town!

Johnny’s New York Style Pizza has amazing service. The mini cinnamon knots and mini garlic cheese knots are spectacular and a MUST-have! I recommend the Johnny’s Special, Margarita Pizza, Hawaiian Luau Pizza, and Johnny’s Special Sub. The place is clean and neat. Customer service is impeccable. I definitely recommend eating here. Huge thanks to Sadie, our waitress; she was a Southern charm and provided the best service. #SouthernHospitality
